Membership Ts&Cs

Membership is a monthly subscription which saves you money, each month you will recieve tokens to use against your lessons.  

Membership can be cancelled at any time but tokens cannot be refunded after the monthly subscription has started.

Lessons paid for by your membership tokens must be used within the month of your subscription.  

Lesson Cancellation

We have a 36 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your lesson inside this time it can not be refunded or rescheduled.

If we have to cancel a lesson inside this time your lesson can be rescheduled or refunded. 

Account Credit

• Credits applied to customer accounts, including credits arising from cancellations, overpayments or goodwill gestures, are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
• Any unused credit remaining after 12 months will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
• Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used towards services provided by the riding school.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Deen City Farm Riding School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
